What it replaces
Staff hours on mail merges and envelopes, volunteer stuffing days, purchased newsletters, and postage, for every family, every month.
On the first of each month, for the families you added the month before. Your first ten families are never billed.
Address changes are free, and families can update their own address from any letter. If a family stops the letters, there's no refund for that family, since the series is priced as a whole, but you're never charged twice.
No. Use Heartwood month to month. Families already enrolled keep receiving their full series even if you stop adding new ones.

Your price is locked for families you've already enrolled. If postage rises significantly, we'll give you at least 60 days' notice before any change for new families.
